Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

4 beaten egg yolks
100g of sugar
350ml of  cream milk
350ml of double cream
1 vanilla pod

Method

To make your own homemade vanilla ice cream you have to pour the milk into a pan and bring it to the boiling point. Remove it from the stove before it starts to boil and add the vanilla flavour to it. Let it still for the next 15-20 minutes. In the mean time, take a bowl and put the egg yolks to the bowl. Add sugar to the bowl and mix them together for a few minutes. You can also add some cornflour if required. Pour the vanilla milk into the bowl and continue stirring as you add the milk. Now move the mixture of the bowl back to the pan and start the heating process. Slow heat and avoid boiling the mixture at any cost. Heat it for the next couple of minutes and it is done. Now your ingredient for homemade vanilla ice cream is prepared.

Add this mixture to the ice cream maker or put the mixture in a bowl and then into the freezer. Your ice cream should be prepared now. Serve the homemade vanilla ice cream to your family as it freezes.
